Intense, typically aromatic nose with clear hints of apricot and ripe fig, yellow peach in syrup, candied fruit, honey and peanuts.

A mellow and enveloping wine bursting with candied fruit, featuring a beautiful linear acidity which balances its sweetness together with its tangy salinity. A very long, lingering nose and palate.

Production method:

The grapes are harvested late on by hand in crates, then left to further over-ripen in a drying room for at least 30 days, after which the whole grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature in steel tanks.
