When will I receive my order?

How much does shipping cost?

Do you offer free shipping?
You need a minimum order of €150 to receive free shipping (Italy only)
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible on +39 0522/989107 or by email and we will do whatever we can to change your address before shipping. Calling us is the quickest way to update your address before we ship your order.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking code. Click on “Track order” in your notification email to check the delivery status.

Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
You can return a product within 14 days from delivery. You must return the product intact in its original packaging, and pay all shipping costs after having emailed us to say that you want to return it.
